They need to do that to restore the torn fiber (everytime you exercise, you actually "tear fiber"). I am not an expert, so I can't explain this well, but this effect goes away about 2 days after a major exercise.<br />On the bright side, the more muscle fiber you build, the easier it will be to shed weight overall and the trimmer you look (even if the scale shows a higher number!).Mooncowhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02173805666704928539noreply@blogger.com
