Attack Phase - Day 6

Morning Weigh In: 188.4 Lbs
Daily Weight Loss : .6 Lbs
Total Weight Loss: 6.2 Lbs

Now that was a good thing to wake up too this morning! The scale goes down .6Lbs!!Woohoo! :) yes, i'm happy ... but also, i'm very sleepy and tired. Rough night. Boys are sick and woke up almost every hour of the night! Let's see how the day goes :)

I'm planning on being on the Attack Phase for 10 days. Initially i thought i'll do 7 days, but i think i'll extend it to 10 days, since i'm planning on losing 50 Lbs in total.

Speaking of the 50 Lbs, i forgot to mention in my previous posts that i already lost some weight (Before the Dukan Diet). I was at 205 Lbs. I think a healthy weight for me would be around 145-150 Lbs.

Breakfast: coffee with non fat milk - not hungry will eat later.
Snack: Fat Free Yoghurt
Lunch: Roasted chicken - drum stick and part of the chicken breast w/ garlic yoghurt sauce. (i am soo stuffed right now i can't move! ugh, hate this feeling)
Snack: Sugar Free Jello & slice of non fat cheese
Dinner: Not hungry so far ... don't feel like having anything. Might have a yoghurt or a cheese stick later on.
I had a non fat latte also, but i'm not sure if it's something i can have or not!
Dinner Update: Ended up having a non fat cheese stick & 2 non fast slices of American Cheese.
