Attack Phase - Day 7

Morning Weigh In: 188.6 Lbs
Daily Weight Loss : 0 Lbs
Total Weight Loss: 6.0 Lbs

No weight loss this morning! bummer! Yesterday i gained a little bit , today nothing. I guess i should be happy that at least it didn't go up. I think the 2 main issues with me are:
1- Drinking enough water
2- working out more

And to add to those two, to make sure what i eat is what is supposed to be eaten on the Dukan Diet! hehe ...i'm still not sure about the sour cream. Anways! Looking forward to a better day today. Will watch my food, my water and will put in a good work out "hopefully"!

Breakfast: cup of coffee/1.5 tsp Oat Bran microwaved in water/ 1 fat free yoghurt
Snack: 2 light cheese wedges
Lunch: Chicken with Yoghurt dip (AGAIN!) :)
Snack: nothing/ wasn't hungry.
Dinner: 1 and a half beef sausage link (anyone know if i can have sausage on the Dukan?) and a cup of tea.

The last couple of days i didn't lose any weight, it hasn't discouraged me or anything like that, i'm just wondering if i'm going to lose any more weight on the Attack. And would i lose weight on the cruise phase? I know from all the blogs i've been reading that it's working with everybody, so i'm hoping it works for me. Again, i'm hoping for a good weight loss on the scale tomorrow. Actually, any little bit would do :)

Didn't work out at all today. Not even walk. My son has a fever and i've been busy around the house with the boys. Too exhausted now to do anything. Will try and make up for it tomorrow.
