Day 12 - Cruise Phase (PP)

Morning Weigh In: 188.4 Lbs
Daily Weight Gain: 0.6 Lbs
Total Weight Loss: 6.4 Lbs

Breakfast: Coffee w/ non fat milk & 2 hard boiled eggs
Snack: Non Fat Latte / one cheese wedge/ 1 fat free youghurt
Lunch: 2 sausages
Snack: 2 slices of cheese/ 2 slices of ham
Dinner: chicken satay & i did have soup :(    i hope i didn't ruin this day!
Snack: 1 Strawberry Moist Muffin

Today it was a bit of a challenge. As i was invited out with a friend to have dinner at a Thai restaurant. The Chicken Satay was the best choice, but then i went ahead and tried some chicken soup. There was some vegetables in it, but i didn't have any. Just plain clear broth soup with chicken. I think i did pretty well, considering that my favorite all time cusine is Thai! I usually wouldn't have been able to resist.

Also, i was able to go for a good 3 mile speed walk with my boys. It's been a while since i walked. It felt really good. I'm happy i did this. It took a lot of self montivation to get out of the house for a walk because i was dead tired! My boys (3 yr old and almost 1 yr old) were super hyper and active!

  1. Well done on amazing self control. I have started finding that I actually don't want to eat all the things I used to eat.
    And well done on a great walk! wow - you are better than me. I have not managed to make it out the door into the heat yet!
