Breakfast: Oat Bran / coffee
Snack: Sugar Free Chocolate Mousse
Lunch: Tuna with lemon juice and a tiny bit of Mayo
Snack: 3 slices of cheese
Dinner: Roasted Chicken w/ a little Ketchup (which is not Dukan friendly nor is it supposed to be on PP days).
Snack: Sugar Free Chocolate Mousse / Cup of Tea
A relatively easy day. Did feel like having something sweet (which is really not what i usually go for) but i had my chocolate mousse! :)
Tomorrow is the day i weigh in ... Not looking forward to that after all the "BAD" days i had! Ugh , but I'm going to do it and I'll let you know!
