Breakfast: 2 Hard Boiled Eggs
Snack: 2 Moist Vanilla Muffin / 1 Slice Turkey Breast
Lunch: 3 small kiftah patties
Snack: 2 small kiftah patties left over / sugar free chocolate mousse
Dinner: Tuna with lemon juice / wasn't very hungry (especially after the 2 disastrous mini cookies!)
Snack: Crab Stick / diet soda

I was feeling quite happy with myself today! I ate well, ate healthy, ate Dukan Friendly ONLY and i feel great! I woke up with a right attitude this morning and it showed all day. I even started baking my Moist Vanilla Muffins at 7:30 a.m after i fed my boys breakfast. Had the energy, the will and the attitude to do this. Hope i can keep it up because it makes a big difference.
Well, it was going well until i had 2 small mini cookies :( ugh! I don't know why i didn't resist! They were laying there on the kitchen counter, after i gave my son one. I should've put them away.

Go Julie - you are doing great!!! I want to make vanilla muffins but I have no skim powder. OK 2 mini cookies - forget about them!

ReplyDeleteDon't sweat the 2 cookies - but remember (as we've all been experiencing lately) that once you resist, it gets more difficult to say no! Be strong, learn from our mistakes!
