Day 1 - Cruise Phase (PP)

Morning Weigh In: 186.6 Lbs/ 84.6 kg

Total Weight Loss: 2.8 Lbs / 1.2 kg

I decided to start my first Cruise day with a PP day. And that's because i ate a lot of veggies/fruits/other things during the weekend.

Here's how my day went:

Breakfast:
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 cup of tea with low fat sweetener
Lunch:
  • 2 small Cod Fillet baked in the oven with a little lemon juice and lemon wedges
Snack:
  • 1 Baby Bell
  • Cup of tea with non fat creamer
Dinner:
  • Flank steak marinated with Mexican seasoning w/ a side of light sour cream (it was really delicious!)
Exercise:
  • 20 minute walk/jog on treadmill / love my shape ups so far. Very comfortable. Just need to see if they do what they're supposed to do. Tone my legs!
Pretty good day. Had enough food, didn't feel hungry and no cravings. Had time to prepare food for me and the family. Put in a little exercise, although little, it still felt good. Tomorrow is a new day. Hoping for a weight loss and a good day overall.

Oh, i just need to drink more water! :)
