Total Weight Loss: 2.8 Lbs / 1.2 kg
I decided to start my first Cruise day with a PP day. And that's because i ate a lot of veggies/fruits/other things during the weekend.
Here's how my day went:
Breakfast:
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 1 cup of tea with low fat sweetener
- 2 small Cod Fillet baked in the oven with a little lemon juice and lemon wedges
- 1 Baby Bell
- Cup of tea with non fat creamer
- Flank steak marinated with Mexican seasoning w/ a side of light sour cream (it was really delicious!)
- 20 minute walk/jog on treadmill / love my shape ups so far. Very comfortable. Just need to see if they do what they're supposed to do. Tone my legs!
Oh, i just need to drink more water! :)
