Morning Weigh in: 192.8 Lbs / 87.4 Kg
Breakfast:
- 2 Hard Boiled Eggs
- Cup of Coffee
Snack:
- Oat bran Porridge
- Cup of Tea
Lunch:
- a few mini sausages (probably equals 2 regular ones)
- 2 thin slices of Parmesan Cheese
Snack:
- 1 fat free cheese stick
- Cup of sugar free hot chocolate (not sure if i can have this or not.. ideas?)
Dinner:
- 1 can Tuna with a squeeze of Lemon
- Half a grilled chicken breast
- Fat free cheese stick
Snack:
- Cup of Tea
- A couple of slices of beef jerky.
Drank almost 5 cups of water today. Which is really good for me! :) Hopefully I'll be able to drink more in the coming days.
As for exercise, i didn't do much today :( bummer .. .but tomorrow I'll "hopefully" start hitting the gym! At least for an hour a day.
I struggled a little bit around mid day with food. I felt that needed to eat something sweet. Which is strange because i usually don't like "sweets". But i didn't eat anything and was able to forget about it.
