Breakfast:
- 1 cup coffee with non fat creamer
- Oat Bran made with water
Exercise:
- 1 Hr Cycling/Spinning Class
Lunch:
- 2 scrambled eggs with 2% Cheddar cheese
Snack:
- 1 non fat/ sugar free chocolate mousse
Dinner:
- Roast Beef Slices w/ non fat sour cream
- 2 spoons of salad (not supposed to have this on a PP day, sorry!)
- Tub of non fat vanilla yogurt
Cycling was kinda rough today. I am still all stuffed up from my cold last week, so my breathing wasn't 100% normal. Plus the fact that i didn't work out or do anything since last Wednesday!
Tomorrow i hit the gym again. I'm going to try and do an hour of weights (supervised class) and then Cycling. We'll see how it goes.
My food in take was good today (even with the two bites of salad!) :) . And i felt pretty full most of the day. I should've had more water though. Will try and work on it tomorrow.

It sounds funny when the wrong thing you've eaten is 2 bites of salad :)

I know! hehe ... You thnk it wasn't enough food? I was soo full after dinner i couldn't breath! I think i had A LOT of roast beef! :) hehe , but i'll work on eating and munching more during the day and not just at night! :)
ReplyDeleteCycling is awesome! I was really worried when i first decided to try it out, but it's THE BEST exercise/class EVER! :) You should give it a try!
