Yippie! Haven't been out of the 188's for a while now. It feels like I'm back on track.
Breakfast:
- Cup of coffee w/ non fat creamer
- 2 eggs w/ vegetables (mushroom, zucchini,tomato)
Lunch:
- Spinach pies (not supposed to be eating these!)
- Non Fat Latte
- Green Tea
Dinner:
- Grilled Salmon w/ Soy Sauce
- Sauteed Spinach w/ ground beef meat
- Spinach pies
Snack:
- Green Tea
- Non fat yogurt
What did i do today! Total mess up with food! Not a good weigh in tomorrow for sure. How do all you Dukaneers do this? How do you get the will power not to eat certain things? I know i need to try harder. I really need to start losing some serious weight! I have no one and nothing to blame but myself. Can't seem to get myself to stop eating things i shouldn't be eating.
