Day 7 - Cruise (PP)

Morning Weigh In: 189.8 Lbs
Daily Weight Loss : 0.0 Lbs

Total Weight Loss: 4 lbs

Breakfast:
- 1 cup of coffee w/ non fat creamer
- 1 Cheese Stick
- 1 slice of turkey breast

Lunch:
- 4 slices of cheese
- 3 slices of turkey breast

Dinner:
- Mansaf (Jordanian Dish - Cooked yogurt w/ Lamb meat) - usually served with rice, i didn't have any of course.

Today was a crazy day food wise. I was in & out most of the day and didn't have any time for a proper meal until dinner time. I know it's not good, but i couldn't do anything about it. I didn't want to eat out so i just waited till dinner. It was a good day otherwise.
Although i stuck to everything Dukan yesterday i didn't lose weight this morning. Which is expected i guess. When moving from PP to PV days. At least i didn't go up and I'm still at my first mini goal weight.

I haven't been exercising the last few days. It's usually hard to get a work out in on the weekends. But tomorrow I'm hitting the gym. I'm going to a cycling class which I'm loving more and more every day. I'm actually thinking of getting myself a road bike and start biking around to all these lovely places that surrounds us here in Washington State. There's actually a Cycling Tour in a month or two (got to check on the date) that I'm actually thinking of doing. I'm thinking of doing the 20 mile. There are options of 20mi, 40mi and 70mi.
