No change. hmmm, well, the only thing I can think of is I need to start exercising and it's (TTOM). I don't think I'm going to worry about it, yet. (Although, to be very honest, I'm bummed!). Maybe I need another mini attack phase? Any thoughts out there about this? Should I do that? Or should I just be patient and see what happens?
My days keep getting crazier! But in a fun way :) - Having fun with friends and their children (who are about my boys age 3 and 1). It was a HOT summer day here in Seattle (for a change!) :) and we had the pool out, kids were playing , jumping and we were enjoying them. The only problem, is that on these crazy days, I don't get the chance to look after me! Meaning food. I had snacks and a lot of things ready for everybody, but as usual, didn't think about my food. So I ended up snacking most of the day (All Dukan Approved Food!) :)
Here's my food log for the day:
2 scrambled eggs, 1 cup of coffee w/creamer, raw carrots, raw broccoli, 2 sausages, lots of water (it was 80 degrees) , 2 mozzarella non fat cheese sticks, 1 grilled chicken kebab stick, mixed mini bell peppers.
Eleven days on the Cruise Phase, 5 days on Attack and only 4 pounds. I was hoping for more but I have to admit if i weren't on this diet, I wouldn't have even lost 4 pounds. I'd probably be gaining! :) So, here I am again, looking at the bright side!
I don't think you should do attack again, it's been only 11 days, plus TTOM. I think it's too early for you to hit stagnation. In 2-3 days you'll lose more weight
ReplyDeleteThank you Masha. Yeah, you're probably right. It can get frustrating at times :) - I'll wait for a few more days and see how it goes. I'll stay on track :)
ReplyDeleteI plateaued, too, during my TTOM, so I bet that's it. You've been doing an awesome job with this diet -- just keep doing what you've been doing & the results will come!
