I was wondering what PP/PV rotations you're using? I've been doing 1 day PP/ 1 day PV and I'm thinking of switching to 5PP/5PV... has anybody tried this? Any thoughts?
It seems a bit easier to do the 5PP/5PV with food preparation and having leftovers. And I think it might actually help with the weight loss.
I've been doing the 1/1 cycle, but (as you know) I haven't been entirely consistent with sticking to it. :P I've thought about doing a 2/1, 2/2, or 5/5 cycle but haven't made the switch yet. My plan (at this moment) is to try to be more consistent with the 1/1 cycle, but to incorporate a few extra PP days in a row if my weight plateaus (or if I have a gain).

ReplyDeleteIn the book Dukan says that 5/5 may give you faster results, but he thinks that 1/1 is easier for most people.
Im afriad this is where im rubbish. there is no cycle it just depends what ive got in the fridge. I should be more consistent though. my intention was 5 PP to 2 PV so weekdays PP to weekends PV to make it easier to eat out etc but that didnt last 2 minutes!
