Attack Phase - Day 4 ( -0.2 Lbs)

Morning Weigh-in: 191.8 lbs -> That's not bad. I wasn't expecting any weight loss today. I'm also happy that i didn't add any on!

Water Check:

Breakfast: 2 egg omlette with cottage cheese

Mid Morning Snack:

Lunch: meat balls

Afternoon Snack: sugar free jello

Dinner: Roasted chicken with garlic spread.
