Morning Weigh-in: 192.0 lbs -> Yay!! Feeling better already! Soo happy that in two days i managed to lose 2 pounds! and it was an easy day. Ate well and wasn't hungry at all. I was stuck on 194 lbs for the longest time!
Water Check: Coffee/ diet pepsi/ Still not doing soo well with drinking water. Will keep working on it though.
Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs w/ labaneh.
Mid Morning Snack: Mozarella cheese stick/ fat free yogurt
Lunch: Chicken stuffed with cottage cheese / one slice of ham
Afternoon Snack: Fat Free Yogurt
For some reason, i'm feeling a bit hungry! Or is it because i'm just thinking of food?! i'll wait till dinner! Keep myself busy! :)
Dinner: Left over chicken stuffed with cottage cheese / fat free yogurt
Snack: One slice ham/ 2 sugar free jello/cheese stick
Excercise: No excercise today. Just went shopping and ran around the kids all day!
I'm still feeling a bit hungry! It could be the smell of the pizza that i just baked for my husband and son! :) I'll drink water! :)
