Total Weight Loss: 5.2 lbs
Although i lost .4 Lbs this morning, i still feel good :) at least it's going down and not up!
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with cottage cheese / 4 sausage links (i'm really not sure if i can eat those) and a non fat latte.
Snack: Just had a Diet Soda (wasn't hungry)
Lunch/Dinner: Shrimp and 3 peices of Scallops (with Garlic and Lemon Juice) and a diet soda.
Snack: Fat Free Yogurt.
It's been an easy day. For the most part i didn't feel hungry at all, which is great because usually i like to snack a lot between meals! :)
Hoping for a good number on the scale tomorrow!

ReplyDeleteHow's your exercise doing? I found that even just a 30 minute walk made a massive difference to my weight loss - it's quite stunning! :)
Thanks for keeping up with my blog! i haven't been doing any excersie. The last few days my boys (3 yrs old & 11 month old) are sick with a fever. Staying home with them till they are better, hopefully soon. Then i'm sure i'll have time to put in some workout! Thanks for the advice. I'll try to work on that and on my water in take! :)
