Attack Phase - Day 3

Morning Weigh In: 189.8.Lbs
Daily Weight Loss : .8 Lbs
Total Weight Loss: 4.8 lbs

Was happy to see that i am below 190 Lbs!! Haven't been below 190 Lbs in a very long time! I feel GREAT! and all energized to start my day!

Breakfast: Fat Free Yogurt / Egg Omlette with cottage cheese / cup of tea
Snack: Sugar Free Jello
Lunch:Baked Salmon (Wraped in foil paper, over a bed of lemon slices and onions)
Snack: Wasn't hungry, didn't have any.
Dinner:3 peices of Kiftah (ground meat with parsley and onions).
Snack: fat free yogurt / sugar free jello

Today went really well. Didn't feel hungry and i was very comfortable.

I was reading a blog about Dukan Diet and they had this very interesting recipe .. i think i'll try and make this tomorrow. Here's the link:
