I was really surprised when i weighed myself this morning. 4 pound in one day! wow! I have to admit this is really exciting and very encouraging. Let's see how the day goes!
Breakfast: cup of tea (no sugar), fat free cheese stick
Lunch: scrambled eggs with minced beef / 2 slices fat free cheese
Snack: Sugar Free Jello
Dinner: 2 peices of steak (i used butter to saute the steak a bit, i hope it didn't mess up the diet!).
Snack: Fat Free Yogurt
