Weigh in this morning: 194.6 lbs
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs w/ some labaneh.
Snack: 2 fat free cheese sticks
Lunch: chicken marinated with fat free yogurt & curry spices
Dinner: minced meat patty (like a hamburger!)
Snack: fat free yogurt / 2 sugar free Jello
Water : 2 cups so far! not too good .... one cup of diet soda & i cup of coffee.
No excercise today.
It was actually an easy day. Only felt hungry towards late in the evening and that's when i had 2 sugar free Jellos. They're amazing and satisfying! Should get more of those.
