Cruise Phase!

The target is to achieve your goal wieght on this phase.

Thre are few ways to start this (from what i read in the Dukan Book):

1- one day of Pure Protein (PP) then a day of Protein and Vegetables (PV) 
2- 5 days of (PP) followed by 5 days of (PV)
3- 2 days of (PP) followed by 5 days of (PV) - This is usually the case for older and/or who are weaker. Or people who don't have a lot of weight to lose.

I'll be using the first method. 1 day PP followed by 1 day PV and so on.

Allowed Vegetables on this phase:
  • Tomatoes
  • Spinach
  • Cucumber
  • Artichokes
  • Asparagus
  • Leeks
  • Mushrooms
  • Onions
  • Peppers
  • Salad leaves
  • Turnip
  • Swiss chard
  • Soya Beans
  • Radish
  • Pumpkins
  • Cabbage
  • Califlower
  • Broccoli
  • Brussel Sprouts
and a few more ... you can find it in the Dukan book..

Also, in this phase you can increase your oat bran intake to 2 tablespoons per day.

Excercising is highly recommended. At least 30 minutes of walking.
