I'm afraid i think i'm starting to get addicted too! I made a 2nd batch today ( i have to say i only had 3 of the first batch, the other 3 i shared with friends who wanted to try it!) :)
Wow...yours look great! Mine ended up more burnt on the top...I might cover them with foil for the most part of cooking them next time (which is about half an hour! :P)

Question - do y'all use vanilla yoghurt that's been sweetened, or natural unsweetened yoghurt? And if so, is there any brand that's sweetened ONLY with sweetener? The only vanilla yoghurt I can find that's got sweetener in it is Muller light, but even that is partially sweetened with real sugar.
I actually used Vanilla fat free yoghurt. it is sweetened. But you just got me to realize, that i probably didn't get something that was sugar free. Thos are even the ones that i snack on. They're the regular Yoplait fat free cups. I probably shouldn't be eating those! hmmmmm
