Total Weight Loss: 6.6 Lbs
No weight loss today, which is fine, since i didn't add any weight! :) I also decided that today will be my first day on the Cruise Phase! Yay! i'm excited to start this new phase and try out all those yummy recipes out there! Let's hope for some serious weight loss in this phase!
The most important thing that i know i have to work on is my excercise and my water in take! I know i can do this
So, during the Attack phase i've lost 6.6 pounds, which is GREAT! I have to say those were the easiest 6.6 Lbs i've ever lost! But i know that it's not always easy and great. I hope i can keep it up in the Cruise Phase.
Now i have to think of what i'll be eating today ....
Breakfast: 2 Moist Vanilla Muffin / 1 coffee with fat free creamer.
Snack: Chai Tea Latte (i know i shouldn't be drinking this!)
Lunch: 3 Turkey Meat Balls w/ tomato sauce dressing. Find the recipe Here
Snack: Diet Pepsi
Dinner: 3 Turkey Meat balls w/ tomato sauce & a green salad with a couple of cherry tomatoes.
Snack: one non fat cheese wedge/ diet pepsi / Moist Vanilla Muffin
I have to admit to something! I did something i should'nt have done :( i had a glass of wine! We went to a Pink Martini concert this evening, and it was at a windery. Picnic style. I did well on food, i just had the salad with just one teaspoon of dressing. But when it came to the wine, i just had to have some! To be honest, i was feeling a bit bad about having the wine, BUT it was really good and we enjoyed the show! :)
I hope i don't regret this glass of wine tomorrow on the scales!
