Happy to see the scales go down this morning!! Especially after my wine last night! I actually enjoyed my PV day yesterday and now looking forward to PP day. I"m still loving those muffins! I think i might make some more today too! Maybe even make them chocolate Muffins for a change.
Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs .
Snack: Non Fat Latte
Lunch: 2 Turkey meat balls/ 2 light cheese wedges/ 2 slices of ham/ diet soda
Snack: 1 slice of ham
Dinner: beef meat balls w/ plain fat free yoghurt dip
Snack: 2 Moist Vanilla Muffin
Later on in the evening, i felt like eating something. And i went for another Vanilla Muffin! Not feeling soo great about what i ate today. It feels like i ate TOO MUCH!
Didn't drink enough water today! Will try to make up for it now and throughtout the evening!
So, I was skimming this post, and for some reason I saw "chocolate" and "orange" (or maybe it was the colour scheme of your blog) and it made me think - HEY! What about chocolate orange muffins??!! A bit of orange essence would do the job!! *drool*

ReplyDeleteI ran out of vanilla yoghurt today to make the muffins, and used strawberry yoghurt (very low fat yoghurt of course) and they have a very distinct strawberry essence to them...!
ReplyDeleteStill baking at the moment, hope they turn out OK! I've made the into cupcake sized, so that means I can eat 4 of them instead of just 2 hehe. ;)
