Snack: a bunch of boiled slim asparagus
Lunch: Baked Eggplant w/ minced beef Recipe Here (thanks to Jeanette http://lebbok.blogspot.com/)
Snack: Nothing
Dinner:Left over Baked Eggplant from lunch
Snack: 1 Moist Vanilla Muffin / 1 fat free yoghurt
It was a good day, but didn't get to walk today. I've been reading a lot of Dukan Diet related blogs and it's all encouraging. Especially after two days of gaining weight. Tomorrow is a PP day, so i'm hoping i'll do good.
Thanks to all my dukan friends for their kind words and support! I know we can all get to our target weight. We can do it!
Update: Staying up late, watching tv and i felt like munching on something. So, here's what i had:
- 2 tomatoes
- 3 slices of non fat cheese
- 1 small cucumber
And that's all i will eat, i promise! :)

Hey Julie! It's totally normal that you'll hit a mini plateau, even go up a bit on starting Cruise. I did, and it took me 2 weeks to get over it, then the weight started coming off.
ReplyDeleteYou're not doing anything particularly wrong - just try to stick to the diet as much as possible, keep getting exercise, and the weight will eventually start going down again! Trust the diet! :)

Keep your chin up Julie. Well done on eating well yesterday and I know how you feel about PV days. I have been having a lot of them lately so I am trying to have PP days for the next 2 or 3.

I weighed myself today and I am exactly the same as on Sunday - that sucks!!!
Charlotte is right - we just have to keep on the diet...............
