Breakfast: Coffee 2 scrambled eggs w/ 2 bacon slices
Snack: Nothing
Lunch: I took my son to the Zoo today. So i just ended up snacking on a few slices of cheese with lots of water! It was really HOT! :)
Snack: 2 Moist Vanilla Muffins
Dinner: 1 beef burger with a slice of cheese on top.
Not a BIG weight loss BUT i'm soo happy about it! The last two days i was gaining weight and the two days before that i was stuck on the same weight. So a change in the right direction feels GOOD!
Didn't work out today, but i did walk around the zoo with my son and friend for about 4 hrs! Did a lot of walking, so i'll consider it my work out for today! :)
What i love about having plans the first half of the day is that i don't feel hungry or think about food when i'm out and about! I should try to find something to do every morning! :)
We have a long weekend coming up (Labor Day Weekend). We have a birthday party and also we're going out to dinner with friends. Hope i can resist all the temptations! :)
