Day 15 - Cruise Phase (PV)

Morning Weigh In: 188.4 Lbs

Daily Weight LOSS: 0.2 Lbs
Total Weight Loss: 6.4 Lbs


Breakfast: Oat Bran / 1 Fat Free yoghurt
Snack: 3 slices of cheese
Lunch: Salad (Mixed greens with tomatoes and cottage cheese) / two hard boiled eggs / 1 non fat cheese wedge.
Snack: 2 fat free cheese sticks / i non fat yogurt
Later Snack: 1 Sausage

Dinner tonight is going to be a challenge. I'm going out with my husband and our friends to a Mexican restaurant. I will make the RIGHT choice "hopefully!". But not sure what it's going to be! Good thing I'm on a PV day. If i can't find anything, i can always go for a salad! 

Dinner: Sauteed Prawns (forgot to ask them to grill it :( ) with a small side salad. I did give in a little to the chips n dip. I ate 3 pieces, two with a little avocado the 3rd with tomato salsa. That was it! Not too bad, but it could've been better!

  1. I love Mexican food always a weakness! The chips are my favourite with sour cream, salsa and guacamole.
