Help Needed

I have a few questions about the Dukan Diet and was wondering if anybody can help me.
  1. - Is there a limitation on dairy products? Cheese, Yoghurt ... etc
  2. - Can you switch between PP days and PV whenever you want? (As long as its 15 days of PP and 15 days of PV in a month)?
  3. - What are the limited "allowed food"?

  1. Hi Julie! It's been a little while :P
I'll try my best to answer those questions.
    1. There is a limit of 1kg of yoghurt per day, but only 2 fruit flavoured yoghurts (none if you are in a plateau)
    2. Not too sure, the book does however say that you need to have an even number over the month. I know I haven't been consistent with my 1PV/1PP days lately and it is effecting my diet, so I would encourage you to choose one and stick with it as best as you can.
    3. You are limited to 2 tolerated foods per day. There is a list of tolerated foods in the book I'm pretty sure. Do you have a copy??
