I couldn't believe my eyes!!! a whole 1.2 Lbs in ONE DAY! wow!! I'm soo happy. Finally, something is happening!
Breakfast: Coffee with non fat milk/ 2 boiled eggs/ porridge
Snack: crab stick
Lunch: egg plant with minced meat (can have it everyday!)
Snack:Nothing
Dinner: 1 hamburger w/ 1 slice of cheese/ 1 hot dog/ tomato, lettuce, cucumber salad.
Snack: 1 Crab stick

I think i ate a lot today! :) I didn't think I'll eat a lot for dinner, but we were celebrating my husbands birthday! Good thing is that it was all Dukan Friendly food :) .. i DID NOT eat the cake! We had 2 cakes. Both of them looked really good!
I'm still very happy for my weight loss since yesterday. I hope i can keep it up. Getting below the 180 Lbs will be my FIRST REAL mile stone! Hopefully it won't take a LOOONG time!
I haven't been mentioning any exercise lately, and that's because i haven't been doing anything. By the time i put the boys in bed, I'm totally exhausted and i only want to lay down, catch up on email, surf the web, watch t.v and do nothing else! I know i have to push my self a bit further and get some exercise in my day. I will try harder to let it be part of my daily routine. It's only a 30 minute walk! The last couple of days the weather isn't helping in outdoor walks. It's been raining. But i do have a treadmill & an Elliptical. I need to use them .. oh, and i do have a gym membership!
