Day 18 - Cruise Phase (PP)

Morning Weigh In: 186.8 Lbs
Daily Weight LOSS: .6 Lbs
Total Weight Loss: 8.0 Lbs

Wow, another good weight loss for me. Feeling soo HAPPY! Am i back on track? Will this continue? I don't know, but i sure am going to try and make it happen! :)

Breakfast: Coffee with non fat milk/ 2 boiled eggsSnack: 1/2 a wedge of non fat cheese (my son had the other half!) :)
Lunch: Grilled Salmon / unfortunately, it kinda tasted funny, so i only took 2 bits and threw it away! Better safe than sorry!  Anyways, ended up eating 2 crab legs & oat bran porridge.
Snack: 1 non fat cheese stick / 3 slices of deli mortadella.
Dinner:  shredded chicken breast with Gorgonzola cheese ( i know, the cheese, not so Dukan Friendly!)
Snack: 1 non fat yogurt/ 1 sugar free Jello

It has been a good day in terms of food. I was feeling pretty full all afternoon. I think having the oat bran was the reason! I didn't drink enough water. Unfortunately, the weather being gloomy and a bit cold doesn't help with the water in take! I'll do a better job tomorrow! I'll keep my water bottle with me where ever i go! :)

  1. Well done Julie - sorry about the salmon though - bummer! I love salmon.
    Yes when it gets cooler it is not so easy to drink all the water. Do you like tea or herbal teas??? That can sometimes be nice when it is hot. Make a thermos in the morning and drink it during the day.

  2. What a great idea, making a thermos in the morning. I like both. I can do a different one everyday! Especiallynow that it's getting cold. Thanks for the suggestion!!!
