Day 20 - Cruise Phase (PP)

I decided that i won't be doing the weighing everyday. I will stick to once a week for now and see how that goes :)

Breakfast: Non Fat Latte / didn't have any time to eat anything
Snack: Nothing
Lunch: Shrimp with lemon & garlic / 2 Kiftah (Beef patties with parsley/onions and spices)
Snack: non fat yogurt
Dinner: Flank Steak / 1 Kiftah pattie /
Snack: 1 non fat yogurt / 1Sugar free Jello

It was a good day. I think i ate well and tried to stay on track with the water.  As i mentioned earlier, I'll be checking my weight again next Thursday! Hopefully I'll have a good weight loss to keep me going :)  .. I'm not giving up on this. I can't believe that I've survived this long. And the best part is it wasn't extremely hard. It was, somehow, very satisfying. I've tried different diets before and i was usually either still hungry by the end of the day, or craving food. None of that is happening now.
