Day 21 - Cruise Phase (PV)

Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs / 2 small sausage links
Snack: 1 crab  leg
Lunch: Salad (lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes) with a champagne vinegar dressing.
Snack: Nothing
Dinner: Turkey Balls w/ tomato sauce / 1 crab leg / salad (tomato, carrots, red wine vinegar dress w a little Gorgonzola cheese - just a tiny bit!) :)
Snack: Diet Soda / 1 tub of no sugar chocolate mousse (not sure if it's something i can have, but it seemed Dukan friendly when i checked the ingrediants).

I haven't been remembering my oat bran the last couple of days. so i added 1 Tbsp to the turkey balls mix.  Didn't drink enough water today. It gets really hard when it's gloomy and cold outside! No exercise today either. ugh! I hate that I'm not working out. got to get my act together and do it!

  1. Come on Julie - Keep your chin up and stay positive. You can do this. Imagine how GREAT it will be to lose those 50 lb.
    You need to get your earphones on, put on some great music, either go for a walk outside or do some exercise inside and banish those blues.(OK lecture over)
    I know you can do this my middle Eastern friend. We got to stick together!!!!!

  3. Yes yes! Jeanette is wise, listen to her! ;-) For some reason, the exercise is what motivates me to eat better - I use it as meditation time with some REALLY great music. Cascada has some great walking pace music, as does the band, September. One of my favorite tunes is called Evacuate the Dancefloor - look it up, or find your own music that goes at around 127-130bpm, and stick in those headphones! ;-)
