My husband and I went to a stand up comedy show that started at 10:00. They were also serving dinner and drinks. I tried to control what i ate during the day so i can be more flexible at night. Bottom line, I MESSED UP! There were no options on the menu. Not even a basic salad. They had to add all those fancy mancy things to it. Stuck to some slow cooked lamb. You'd think it was a good choice, but not really. It was marinated in some kind of sweet/Thai sauce. I got that. I ate it. Along with 1 chicken satay (which was kinda a good choice). But then, they had some rice on the plate and i just went for a few spoons of that. On top of it all, i had 2 lemon/ginger martini's. It tasted soo good i just had to have another one before i left!
hmmm, it doesn't feel soo good right now though! Thinking back of how i messed up. It took a lot to not order more things. (Thai is my favorite cuisine, and that's what the place was).
I really wanted to lose a total of 10 pounds in One month. I'm at day 26 now. It feels impossible. No, it's not impossible. I'm going to try my best to do this! i have 4 more days. I can do it. I'm going to work my butt off and make this happen! Ok, now I'm talking to myself! I'll stop! :)
