Day 25 - Cruise Phase (PP)

Breakfast: Non Fat Chai Latte / Oat Bran (finally i remembered and had time to eat it!)
Snack: Nothing
Lunch: Left over Roasted chicken with a small tsp of Mayo. 2 Slices of cheddar cheese
Snack: sugar free chocolate mousse (this is very addictive as you may have noticed!)
Dinner: More leftover Roasted chicken!  this time i used a little mayo and ketchup mixed together for a dip. Total of 1 Tbs. I know i shouldn't be eating ketchup and the mayo too (it's not the Dukan recipe, it's regular fat free Mayo) but i ran out of yogurt and the chicken was too dry to eat alone!
Snack: Non Fat yogurt / 1 sugar free Jello

A pretty good Dukan day. Used my treadmill for a 30 minute fast walk. Felt good. (Thanks to Charlotte who motivated me after i read her comment on a previous post today)!

I've also got to thank all my Dukan Friend Bloggers. They do keep me going and many of them are very inspiring

Tomorrow might be a challenge. I'm going out on a date night with my husband. We're going to a stand up comedy show, which is supposed to be hilarious. It includes dinner and drinks. I did go online a few minutes ago to check the menu, and i noticed they have some things that may be Dukan friendly. Just need to make sure they don't grill them with butter! I'm going to try my best to have good choices on the food. Drinks, well, maybe a glass of wine? But i might just go with a diet soda and water! I'll keep you updated!
