I'm pretty happy with this weight loss. After messing up this last week i didn't expect much. Which made these 1.8 Lbs that i lost extra special! :) A total of 8 Lbs so far. I have to admit that i was expecting more-in general- from Dukan. But i can't blame it on the Dukan diet. It's all me. No exercise, messing up with food from time to time and oh my god, i just remembered, i haven't been eating my oats!
So, as you notice, I have a lot of things to work on! Once everything is done and i'll be back on track and this thing will work better, for sure.
I'm still happy with my total 8 Lbs! It's been ages since i've reached 186 pounds. I am very excited to contiune this and my first GREAT step woud be to lose the next 6 pounds!

ReplyDeleteI too forgot my Oat Bran for a while, and I had a little freak out :P But I just had it with/as my breakfast each morning this week to ensure I didn't forget it.
