Day 24 - Cruise Phase (PV)

Breakfast: Non Fat Chai Tea Latte / 1 slice of Mozarella cheese
Snack:  1 sugar free chocolate mousse
Lunch: Roasted Chicken (1 chicken breast with some ketchup and mayo) & Salad (cucumber, tomato, lemon juice) .. one small bag of baby carrots
Snack: Didn't eat anything, i was full from lunch. Just had a cup of coffee
Dinner: 2 beef burgers & salad (cucumber, tomato, a little blue cheese w/ lemon juice)
Snack: 2 sugar free chocolate mousse & i small bag of baby carrots (which i probably shouldn't be eating!).

A pretty good day except for the fact that i didn't put any work out in! I suck at working out! I think of it, i want to do it, but i never do! i hate that about myself. I don't have the motivation to do any exercise.

Water was pretty good today considering it was cold and rainy! It's already rainy and gloomy here in Seattle! Nothing new there! :)

Tomorrow i do my weigh in!  I messed up this week and i'm hoping i'm at least at the same weight and that i haven't added anything! Wish me luck!   ... you'd think that this should be motivation enough for me to exercise! ugh - yes, i'm still upset i'm not doing anything about it.

Hope all my Dukan friends out there are doing well :)

  1. Hey Julie!

    Remember that Dukan doesn't require a "workout" at the gym - in fact, unless you've had too many carbs in a day, it's not even recommended! Just walk! Pound the pavement! Put in your headphones, don your rain-jacket (I've heard stories of how wet Seattle is!) and WALK! It's amazing how much good it does.
