Breakfast: Non Fat Chai Latte I had no time to eat. I dropped off my son at preschool and was out until lunch.
Snack: Non Fat Latte (was still out)
Lunch: 1 Hot Dog/ 2 slices of cheese / 1 slice of ham / tuna w/ lemon.
Snack: 1 sugar free chocolate mousse
Dinner: 2 scrambled eggs with 1 sausage / coffee
Snack: 1 sugar free chocolate mousse / 1 sugar free Jello
Did better with drinking water, but i also had a lot of caffiene today! 3 cups of coffee, wow! hope i can sleep tonight. It usually doesn't affect me though, hehe.
Didn't really feel hungry today. Maybe it was because i was busy doing soo many things that kept my mind off of food! :)
