Breakfast: Non Fat Chai Latte/ 2 slices non fat Mozzarella cheese
Had to leave early for a meeting and didn't have time to have a good breakfast.
Snack: Nothing (still @ the meeting)
Lunch: 2 turkey balls / 1 slice non fat Mozzarella cheese/ diet soda/
Snack: 1 sugar free Jello
Dinner: slices of beef marinated in Moroccan spices and slow cooked. Tasted really good!
Snack: Fat and Sugar free chocolate mousse / 2 slices of non fat cheese/ 2 slices of ham.
I think I'm back in track. I will do 2 days PP then go back to PP & PV. I feel good about today. I did pretty well. I even walked for 30 minutes on my treadmill. It felt good. Again, i still need to drink more water. Haven't been doing much of that.
I would like to thank everybody who has been supporting me through my diet. Your words of encouragement made a big difference. I will keep doing this until i reach my target weight! :)
Update: it's 10:30 p.m , we're watching tv and i'm feeling very hungry! The only thing that i had that would work for the Dukan is Tuna. So i had some Tuna with some lemon juice! Hope this keeps me going till the morning! :)

ReplyDeleteI was particularly peckish last night as well, for really the first time since starting Dukan. I had a sugar-free lolly and lots of water. You made good choice with your snack :)
