Breakfast: 2 Moist Vanilla Muffins / Cup of Tea
Snack: 1 Non Fat Activia Yogurt (it had a little fruit in it, but i really need to take it for a few days)
Lunch : My version of Eggs Benedict! :) 2 Poached eggs over two Canadian Bacon Slices w/ Dukan Friendly Hollandaise Sauce. Was really good actually. Will have it again as i am a big fan of Eggs Benedict!
Snack: 1 Crab Leg
Dinner: Tuna (i mixed in a little Tomatoes and cucumbers -Because of the problem i mentioned before with my stomach) But i had a few bites then didn't feel like having it! So, i just cooked up a couple of small hot dogs and had those instead.
Snack: Cup of Coffee / Sugar Free Chocolate Mousse (Might end up having another Activia Yogurt, but I'm not sure about it yet!)
Overall another good day. Looking forward to weigh in tomorrow. I did switch some of PP Days with PV, but hopefully it won't affect the weight loss too much. Well, crossing my fingers i have a weight loss tomorrow. I'll be happy even with a little loss. After all, i did some switches here and there with the diet and on top of everything i haven't been exercising at all. That alone will make a difference! I know i need to start, i really do. I need to find time to do that throughout the day.
