Daily Weight Loss: 0.6 Kg/ 1.4 Lbs
Woohoo! It felt really good to lose some weight this morning. It's the first step in the right direction for my journey.
Breakfast:
- Cup of Tea with non fat creamer
- 2 Hard Boiled Eggs
- Oat Bran w/ sweetener
Snack: (Nothing, wasn't hungry)
Lunch:
- A piece of smoked Salmon
- 2 grilled hot dogs
- Diet Soda
Snack:
- 2 Baby Bells
Dinner:
- Low fat steak cut wrapped with 99% fat free Turkey Bacon
- Diet Soda
Snack:
- 1 sugar free chocolate mousse
- 1 sugar free Jello
Overall, a good day. The only "not soo good " thing is that i did get a semi bad headache. But nothing that 2 Tylenol pills couldn't fix! I"m fine, I'm happy and I'm ready to lose more weight!
Let's see what the scales say tomorrow morning! I have a good feeling about it!
