Day 2 - Attack Phase

Daily Weight Loss: 0.6 Kg/ 1.4 Lbs

Woohoo! It felt really good to lose some weight this morning. It's the first step in the right direction for my journey.

Breakfast:
  • Cup of Tea with non fat creamer
  • 2 Hard Boiled Eggs
  • Oat Bran w/ sweetener
Snack: (Nothing, wasn't hungry)

Lunch:
  • A piece of smoked Salmon
  • 2 grilled hot dogs
  • Diet Soda
Snack:
  • 2 Baby Bells
Dinner:
  • Low fat steak cut wrapped with 99% fat free Turkey Bacon
  • Diet Soda
Snack:
  • 1 sugar free chocolate mousse
  • 1 sugar free Jello
Overall, a good day.  The only "not soo good " thing is that i did get a semi bad headache. But nothing that 2 Tylenol pills couldn't fix! I"m fine, I'm happy and I'm ready to lose more weight!

Let's see what the scales say tomorrow morning! I have a good feeling about it!
