Day 2 - Cruise Phase (PV)

Morning Weigh in: 184.6 Lbs/ 83.7kg
Daily Weight Loss: 2 Lbs / 0.9kg

Total Weight Loss (including repeating Dukan) : 9.4 lbs / 4.2 kg
What a great way to start the day! A big weight loss for me! 2 pounds in one day. (only happened once when i started the Attack Phase! Yay, me happy happy happy! I think this is the lowest I've been so far on Dukan! I've lost 9.4 Lbs (since my very first start!!) Almost at 10 pounds. I hope i can reach the 10 pound mark tomorrow (although i do have a PV day today!) I know it's not much compared to other's on Dukan, but i had my lows! hehe, and at least my weight is going down now. NOT UP! (hope it stays that way)!

Breakfast:
  • Cup of Tea with sweetener
  •  Sugar Free Vanilla and Chocolate Mousse
Snack:
  • 4 baby carrots
Lunch:
  • 4 Drum Sticks seasoned with Taco seasoning
  • 1 scoop of non fat sour cream
Snack:
  • Sugar Free Jello
Dinner:
  • I built my own Dukan Friendly Hamburger! Lean Beef Patty between two Portabella Mushrooms. I had some tomatoes, grilled onions, a little ketchup, a little mayo and a slice of non fat American Cheese.YUMMY YUMMY!!!
  • Diet Soda
So full right now, after a delicious dinner! It was really good. I have no idea why i don't usually eat burgers that way. With no bun!
Overall, i had a good food day. I did eat a couple of slices of tomatoes throughout the day. Forgot to mention them above. Tried to drink more water, but it REALLY does get hard when the weather is colder!

I wasn't able to put in any exercise today, bummer! A lot was going on in our household today. Now, my hope is to see the scales go down tomorrow after a PV day! Kinda hard, but i can still hope!

Hope you're all doing well ...

  1. Wow....well done 2lbs in a day!! That's just the motivation you need.

I wish I liked mushrooms because that burger idea is a brilliant one. I bet it looked good too.

Hope you have another good day today.

  2. Great day Julie!!
2 lbs - you go girl!
I love mushrooms - what a brilliant idea. Pity mushrooms here are soooooooooooo expensive.
The key is to eat until you are full - no excuse to be hungry!
    well done.

  3. Thank you ladies! @ Sue: i really wanted to take a picture because it looked as good as it tasted, but my camera was in the car and i was too lazy to go into the garage and get it!
@ Jeanette: i know what you mean about mushrooms being expensive. Living in Jordan i never liked mushrooms because at a young age, they only came in cans! So i always said i hated mushrooms until i tried the fresh ones! Now i love them. And the good thing they're very affordable here in the states!
Good to hear from you both. Your support means a lot to me. Those 2 lbs were exactly what i needed to keep me going! :)
