Day 3 - Cruise Phase (PP)

Morning Weigh in :184.6 lbs/ 83.7 kgs

 Total Weight Loss on Dukan: 9.4 lbs / 4.2 kg

It was totally expected after a PV day, but deep inside i wanted to reach to a 10Lbs loss. Oh well, maybe tomorrow! Again, the good thing is that the scales didn't go up! :)

Here's how my day went:

Breakfast:
  • 1 cup of tea with creamer
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
Snack:  
  • 1 non fat latte
  • 1 slice of cheddar cheese
Lunch:
  • 2 small hot dogs w/ a tiny bit of Ketchup!
  • 1 Diet Soda
Snack:
  • 1 Sugar Free Mousse
  • 1 slice of non fat American Cheese
  • Fat Free Yogurt
Dinner:
  • 1 Can of Tuna (i put a little Mayo with it , because it was very dry)
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 small slice of Green Bell Pepper
  • a handful of my sons left over Rigatoni Pasta!
What a terrible day!!! i was on PP and i had veggies. I had Pasta. I had Mayo! But i know why this all happened. I didn't prepare my food today. Which resulted in me getting really hungry by the end of the day and not having any Dukan Friendly Food.  I need  to get better at this!

  1. I know it was a PP day but at least you are bemoaning the fact that you had veggies. Imagine that a few weeks ago. I know I would have been upset that I had eaten other things. It is a good thing to be upset about"Oh no I had veggies"

    You are doing well. Stop beating yourself up and take one day at a time. Just make the next day a PP day and try stick to it. Are you eating Oat bran? Honestly I find my worst days are the ones I skip my Oat bran - like yesterday!!! Have it for breakfast, it keeps you so full for a long time.
    I am about to go and take my own advice and make myself some oat bran but I wanted to pop in to say well done and keep it up. We will get there Julie!!!
    Just the fact that you want to and you have gone to all the effort to blog your days and results should show you how much you care. You will do it!
    I am going to make my motto for the next few days.........BE PREPARED. Hopefully I can shift the next kg sometime soon...........

  2. Thanks for your message Jeanette! I'm actually feeling good hehe .. i know i messed up, but oh well, no big deal. I'll make up for it. I will lose the weight one way or another! on Dukan that is! :) hehe Hope you have a good day .. will check in with you later ;) take care!

  3. I think preparing some food and more importantly, things you can just nibble on, is the key. I try to, and the days I have easy stuff in the fridge (chicken slices, veggie nibbles for PV days etc) I do well, but when I let myself get hungry and there's nothing prepared I really struggle.

    You're doing well, keep it up...but step away from the pasta!!
