I'm back up at 186 Lbs. Which is totally expected after all the NON Dukan food that i ate yesterday :) oh well , today is a new day and here's what i had :
Breakfast & Lunch:
- Cup of Tea
- Oat Bran with milk and a little sweetener.
- 2 Hard Boiled Eggs
Snack:
- 1 Sugar Free Chocolate & Vanilla Mousse
- 1 Chicken Drum Stick (which i had prepared for dinner, but took one as a snack)
Dinner:
- 4 Baked Chicken Drum Sticks - Seasoned with Taco Seasoning ( 2nd time i make this. it's really good).
- 3 slices of cheddar cheese
