Day 4 - Cruise (PV)

Morning Weigh In: 184.4 Lbs/ 83.6 kg
Daily Weight Loss:  1.6 Lbs/ 0.7 kg

Total Weight Loss on Dukan:  9.6 lbs /  4.3 kg

Almost at the 10 pound mark, again! :)

I was happy to be on the scales this morning. When i stick to Dukan Food, i DO lose weight! I just have to be more committed!

Here's how my day went:

Breakfast:
  • 1 cup of tea
  • Oat Bran with a little sweetener
Lunch:
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • Mixed Salad (tomatoes, cucumber, 3 baby carrots sliced) with a fat free ranch dressing.
Dinner:
  • Dukan Shepard's Pie from the Dukan Recipe Book. This recipe was really good! I LOVED it! you guys should try it. Instead of the mashed potatoes, you use mashed cauliflower. works well.
Snack:
  • Sugar Free Chocolate & Vanilla Mousse
