Total Weight Loss on Dukan: 9.6 lbs / 4.3 kg
Almost at the 10 pound mark, again! :)
I was happy to be on the scales this morning. When i stick to Dukan Food, i DO lose weight! I just have to be more committed!
Here's how my day went:
Breakfast:
- 1 cup of tea
- Oat Bran with a little sweetener
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- Mixed Salad (tomatoes, cucumber, 3 baby carrots sliced) with a fat free ranch dressing.
- Dukan Shepard's Pie from the Dukan Recipe Book. This recipe was really good! I LOVED it! you guys should try it. Instead of the mashed potatoes, you use mashed cauliflower. works well.
- Sugar Free Chocolate & Vanilla Mousse
