Day 5 - Attack Phase

Morning Weigh In: 186 Lbs/ 84.3 kg

Daily Weight Los.2lbs / about 100gm

Total Weight Loss: 3.4 Lbs / 1.4 kg

Not too much of a loss on the scales. Back to a total of 3.4 Lbs. When i updated my profile on the Dukan Website, it suggested 5 days of Attack with a weight loss of 4 pounds. I was thinking that since today is day 5 that it'll be my last Attack day and I'll move on to Cruise tomorrow. But i think I'll only do that if i lose the 4 Lbs in total. So i have 0.6 lbs to reach that. Can i do it today? Can i jump on the scales tomorrow morning with a total of 4 lbs in 5 days? I really hope soo. I want to move on from attack to cruise. I'll try and make this happen!! :)

Breakfast:
  • 1 cup of tea with non fat creamer
  • Oat Bran
  • Yoplait Fat Free Yogurt
Snack: (Nothing)

Lunch:
  • Smoked Salmon
Snack: (Nothing)

Dinner:
  • 2 chicken breast baked in the oven with mixed spices
  •  1 teaspoon of Ketchup (Not what I'm supposed to have, but needed something to dip the chicken and that was the only thing available).
  •  1 bite of pizza crust / it was actually a small bite that my son didn't want to finish so i ate it! ugh!
Snack:
  • 1 Baby bell
Water: i didn't feel like i had enough. Will try and do better tomorrow. It gets hard to drink water when the weather is getting colder! :)

Exercise: Yes, I'm mentioning exercise because i actually put in a 20 minute fast pace walk on my treadmill using my brand new Shape Ups!! Oh wow, i did really feel it!! I hope these shape ups really work toning your legs.

We were invited to dinner at my sister in law. She ordered pizza for everybody. I really like pizza and i had NOTHING. I got my chicken with me, baked it there. I usually dip it in fat free yogurt but she didn't have any, so i put some ketchup.
My son was having a pizza then he gave me this tiny piece of the crust because he was done. I ate it. Not sure why i keep doing that!!! eating my kids leftovers! even if it was a bit! :)

Overall a good day. Kept busy. Didn't feel like snacking, i was satisfied with what i had eaten.

  1. It's a really good idea to put in your exercise, I think I will start doing that on my Blog, if only to shame myself into doing a bit more.

    Like you said, I'm finding it SO hard to keep drinking this much water now it's colder. I usually have it straight from the fridge, but I think I'll mybe try it at room temperature to see if it helps me drink more.

    Do let me know if your new trainers help, I was wondering whether to get myself a pair.

    Hope you reach you 4lb target and get onto Cruise.
