Morning Weigh In: 186.2 Lbs/  84.4 kg

Daily Weight GAIN .2lbs
Total Weight Loss:  3.2 Lbs / 1.4 kg

Breakfast:
  • Cup of Tea with non fat creamer
  • Oat Bran w/ milk and sweetener
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
Snack: (Nothing, i ate the eggs for breakfast at a "later" time)

Lunch:
  • 2 lean burgers topped with 2 slices of cheddar cheese
Snack:
  • Cup of tea with "sweetened" condensed milk - I know, not Dukan Friendly at all!
  • Sugar Free Jello
Dinner:
  • 1 left over hamburger
  • 2 small sausages
  • 3 slices of Mozzarella cheese drizzled with balsamic vinegar
Snack:
  • 1 Sugar Free Chocolate Mousse
Overall an OK day food wise. I haven't been creative lately with my recipes and what i eat. Although i have the Dukan Recipe Book!  But it's the lack of time that i have. Time to find something, time to go to the store and then time to cook it! hehe .. i should work harder on this, i know.

Another thing that i haven't been doing the last couple of days is exercise. Just out of laziness! I'll try and get back into it.

  1. You know what - you are doing well! We all make little blips(see my BLOG)
Thanks for your encouraging comments on my blog. I really look forward every day to going online and seeing what people have written. It is you guys that make all the difference to me. I know that I never would have lost this weight without being accountable to you guys.
I made the Dukan bread by the way and made a double batch so that it lasted for 4 days. Even if I had already had my oat bran I had some with light cream cheese and turkey ham, if I was hungry and I am thinking it does not matter every now and then to have a little extra oat bran. Better that than other things.
Why don't you try make some and keep it in the fridge for when you feel hungry or like snacking????

keep going strong Julie - you will get there!!!!

As for the bread, i really want to make it, i still didn't find any fromage fresh in stores next to me. That's the only reason why i haven't made them yet! :)
