I have to admit to a couple of things. Yesterday (Day 3) I didn't mention a few mishaps with my food. I do have to start by saying it was a crazy day, therefore, i didn't get the chance to start off the day with a proper breakfast and it all lead to not preparing well (food) for the rest of the day. Which is a big mistake. You have to start off with something to fill you up and get you going for a while. Anyways, having said that, i had a few pieces of pasta from my son's plate (was hungry but didn't have time to prepare my food - after the Turkey Patties), then i ate too much cheese! and that's also for the reason of not preparing my food. Then a couple of hours later, i ate a few baked fries (from my son). He asked for fries (we usually bake them) and then we went out Halloween Costume Shopping (he took the fires with him) and i munhced on them. I think i ate around 4 or 5.
The problem is, by the time we got home, got the kids ready for bed, it was about 9 o'clock. And i still hadn't had anything all afternoon/evening (Except the things i wasn't supposed to have). I left my needs till the end. And by that time, i didn't feel like cooking, so i had more cheese, turkey ham slices. (the eggs and Canadian bacon were alright). But you know what i mean ...
I also had more Soda than usual.
I'm not really upset about it though. The key point here is that you really need to be prepared so you don't go off track.
I'll do better from now on with my food preparation!
I still didn't weigh myself. I felt i had to get this off my chest and confess first! :) hehe ... Now, time to go to weigh myself
(Sorry for the long confession!) :)
