Day 3 - Attack Phase

Daily Loss:  2 Lbs  / 0.9 Kg
Total Loss:  3.4 Lbs/ 1.54 Kg

Current Weight : 186 Lbs / 84.3 Kg


Breakfast:
  • 1 non fat strawberry yogurt
  • 1 baby bell
Didn't get the chance to have a proper breakfast. Had to run off to preschool to drop off my son & then went for a blood test. Results should come in later. (Cholesterol Levels - Not sure how they'll be with me on Dukan!)

Snack:
  • Oat Bran
  • 1 slice of Cheddar cheese
Lunch:
  • 3 Lean Turkey Burger
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 1 diet soda
Snack:
  • 1 slice of Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Non Fat Latte
Dinner:
  • 2 fried eggs
  • 2 Canadian bacon
  • 2 slices of Turkey Ham
  • 2 slices of Mozzarella cheese

Another good day on the scales. I was soo happy to see 2 lbs go down! I"m not sure if i decided on my mini goal or not .. oh well, i think it'll be 80 Kg. Which means 4.3 Kg left! Hopefully i can reach it without any big difficulties.

I am getting super big support from my husband with this diet. He's always been very supportive with everything. Last night, i "almost" wanted to eat some Cashew Sweet thing, not sure what they call them, and he said no! You can't have those! I told him a while ago to keep me on track. At the beginning he was hesitant, because he thought he might hurt my feelings if he stopped me. i told him to go for it. And he did last night! Thank you K. Thank you soo much!!

  1. YAY! Looks like you're totally back on track... I'm starting to think that with my stagnation, I need to follow your example, take a few days off, and then start again fresh as a daisy.

    You must be so stoked, especially after being sick!
