Morning Weigh In: 190 lbs
Daily Loss: 2 Lbs
Total Weight Loss: 3.8 Lbs
Breakfast:
- 1 cup coffee with non fat creamer
- Oat Bran
Exercise: 1 hour of cycling/spinning at the gym. It was intense! Our instructor just kicked our butts! But I loved every minute of it.
Snack:
- 2 non fat cheese sticks
Lunch:
- 2 egg omelet with 2 tsp of cottage cheese
- 1 small tub of non fat chocolate/vanilla mousse
- 1 cup of coffee
Dinner:
- Roasted Chicken w/ fat free sour cream
- 1 fat free/sugar free Vanilla Yogurt
Snack:
- 1 fat free/ sugar free caramel yogurt (yes i had another one! Probably shouldn't have, but really felt like it).
Less cravings today. Which is always good. But i felt hungry in different times, but it's mostly my fault. I had to run some errands and wasn't home much to have my regular meals. So all my meals were delayed. Oh well, i survived and the day is almost over! :) Now, on another note, I'm hoping i go below 190 Lbs tomorrow on the scales! It'll be awesome if i do!! It'll mean i can scratch off my first mini goal achievement. Wish me luck! ;)
