Day 2 -Attack

Morning Weigh In: 192 Lbs
Total Loss:  1.8 Lbs

Breakfast:
- Coffee w/ non fat creamer
-  2 hard boiled eggs

Exercise: 1 hour of Body Flow (a mix of Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates)

Lunch:
- 1 Lean Burger (Ground Beef Patty) - with a little cheddar cheese
- 1 small tub of non fat vanilla yogurt

Dinner:
- Mini Kiftah Skewers ( I think i had 6 or 7 sticks)
- 1 Tsp Non Fat Sour Cream
- 1 small tub of fat free/sugar free chocolate mousse

Rough day today. I craved all sorts of things. I cooked rice pilaf for my family and i wanted that. I gave my son some fish crackers, i also wanted that! I made a salad and i also wanted that! Ugh! I did have one fish cracker! Naughty me! I don't feel soo good about myself, but it was only one and i didn't go weak with the other stuff.  Hopefully this day will be over without any more cravings! I guess it's the desire for carbs that's kicking in. Hope you're all having a good day on Dukan! If you have any good recipes, please share!

    Well done! Craving for bad foods is quite understandable when you have those foods in the house and even have to cook "normal" meals for the rest of the family. Just remember, the less you cheat the faster you'll get to the consolidation phase.

    Good to see that you are getting back on the diet. I´ve been struggeling myself since before Christmas but I started attack again today and I´m pretty sure that I´m going to stick with the diet this time :)

    Looking forward to "Dukaning" with you again !

  4. Yes, I'm on Dukan. I started in April, lost 5kg very quickly, began cheating and lost another 5 kg more slowly. Over Christmas I put back on 1 kg, which wasn't too bad, but I still had 5 kg to go. It took a while to gain courage but I finally did re-attack on 5th and 6th Feb and am now again on cruise. I don't have a blog but I read blogs every day and they keep me going. At the moment, my only "cheating" is having prunes on PP days as a constipation buster.
