Do you think of food more often when you're on a diet? Does it make you more hungry? When on a diet i tend to think of food all day! It's probably because i have to plan meals and think of what I'll make or eat. But that also makes me feel "hungrier"! It's funny how i don't think of food on a non diet day as much as i do on a diet day! oh well ~ it's just a thought!~ :)
